Shipping Policy
At EchoVibes, we're committed to delivering your premium audio products quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earbuds and in-ear headphones cannot be returned once opened unless defective.

Warranty Coverage
All EchoVibes products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at support@echovibes.store with your order number and description of the issue
- Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect if requested
- We'll assess your claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund options
- If approved, we'll provide prepaid shipping labels for warranty returns
Extended Warranty
Extended warranty options may be available at checkout for select products.
